Rickhouse Barrel Stave Tray

A tray inspired by a legacy of hospitality, named for the iconic Rickhouse, where bourbon rests for decades, and handcrafted to invite celebration, every day. Repurposed with innovative design from retired Pappy Van Winkle Bourbon Barrel staves, proudly displaying visible char marks, and finished with Pappy Van Winkle barrel hoop metal finish on each corner for an extra flourish.

A cocktail tray that holds the essentials for making a classic Old Fashioned, a sophisticated Espresso Martini, a Whiskey Sour, or a brunchtime Bloody Mary. This entertaining essential is multi-functional, multi-purpose, and infinitely full of charm, craftsmanship, and beautiful details that are reminiscent of its recently completed role in aging Pappy Van Winkle's signature flavor.

Staves are selected for their unique markings, such as the presence of char marks, responsible for the aging and depth of flavor and character in our family's eponymous bourbon, and meticulously redesigned by bourbon barrel artisan Jason Cohen in our in-house Woodshop. A fitting piece of practical art that reflects a legacy for any enthusiast's bar, kitchen, or entertaining space.
